The Luna wool rug was designed by Verner Panton in 1979. Its organic pattern consists of 8 circles of yellow, gray or red hues, evoking the diffusion of the light emitted by the moon. Its weaving technique – hand tufting – involves inserting a yarn into the fabric and fastening it to a latex base. The yarn is then cut and shaved to ensure an equal height.
