The Sett table collection is inspired by the world of jewelry, particularly the inlaying of glass and precious stones. The frames are in dark chrome, the tops in marble or glass - all with a touch of Italian style that's typical of Luca Nichetto, born in Murano, considered the world capital of glassmaking.
"We wanted to present different materials in a coherent way," explains Mr. Nichetto, "a bit like jewelry that combines different elements. Sett pays homage to the timeless beauty of gemstones and the art of setting them, applied to the craft of furniture-making.
By combining these two fields of design, we were able to highlight the appeal of marble and glass, as well as the powerful emotions and sensations they evoke".
The Sett table collection features square and rectangular formats, with Verde Guatemala marble, Bianco Carrara marble and smoked cast glass.
The tables can be grouped in a large living room, placed in a hotel lobby, in a contract environment or in a private home.

Luca Nichetto
Luca Nichetto is an Italian designer operating from offices in Italy and Sweden. A graduate of the University Institute of Architecture in Venice (IUAV), he opened his own company Nichetto & Partners in 2006. Nichetto enjoys collaborating with designers from all over the world to create compelling concepts using natural materials and colors. A fusion of classic and contemporary - with personality.
