The large wooden legs of the Quilton Lift elegantly enhance the generously upholstered and proportioned seats characteristic of the Quilton collection, lightening their visual presence.

The visible quilting adds volume and relief, while aesthetically enhancing the comfort of the high resilience foam seats wrapped in soft wadding.

The collection is available in two- and three-seater sofas, ottomans and meridiennes with complementary bolsters.

Described by designers Doshi Levien as a “quilted landscape sofa system”, Quilton Lift is suitable for a wide variety of private and public environments.

London-based design studio Doshi Levien enjoys a solid reputation for creating technically advanced yet modern design infused with cultural resonance.

All variants come in different upholstery options and wooden legs, making them suitable for a wide range of domestic and public spaces.

The Quilton daybed cushion adds comfort and functionality to the Quilton Lift daybed. The cylindrical shape of the bolster supports the neck when lying down and invites relaxation.

The interior is filled with 100% post-consumer recycled polyester fiber balls, and the outer cover is available in a variety of fabrics and leathers. Contrasting colors and textiles can be mixed to create an individual look for your daybed.

Doshi Levien

Doshi Levien is a London-based design studio founded in 2000 by Nipa Doshi (b. 1971) and Jonathan Levien (b. 1972).

Doshi grew up in India and studied at the National Institute of Design, while Jonathan, originally from Scotland, trained in fine cabinet-making and then industrial design. They met while studying at the Royal College of Art.

They have established a reputation for creating design that is both technically advanced and culturally resonant. They have received international recognition for their work, and in 2008 were awarded the prestigious Future Legends of Design by the Cooper Hewitt National Museum of Design in New York.

Together, they bring a complementary set of skills to the projects they work on. Doshi is primarily concerned with visual culture, an aesthetic understanding of the world and the materiality of things, while Levien focuses more on industrial precision and technique.

They have worked on projects for leading companies and institutions in the fields of furniture, fashion, housewares, technology and lighting. For HAY, they created the Uchiwa Lounge Chair and Dapper.
