Laila Gohar
Laila Gohar is a conceptual artist and chef who uses food as an artistic medium.Â
She creates immersive experiences that blur the boundary between performance and catering.Â
Laila Gohar was born in Egypt, where she grew up in a large family of passionate cooks and hosts.Â
She is now based in New York, where she works internationally and is known for her high-profile collaborations in art, design and fashion.Â
Laila also writes a monthly column entitled How to Host It for FT's How to Spend It magazine.Â
