The Taika collection («magic» in finnish) is an ingenious blend of Klaus Haapaniemi’s extremely imaginative art and of Heikki Orvola’s clean design. The result is a magical and playful collection that encourages creation and storytelling through a simple and functioning design.
Enchanting patterns and colorful characters add folklore to everyday life with this versatile and durable porcelain dinnerware. The vibrant decor that illustrate this collection also exists in a white and black version, as well as more recently in the Taika Siimes series of 2019.
