Nika Zupanc

Nika Zupanc

"May it be full of love".

Traditionally, Nika Zupanc carefully selects her themes and shapes. With them, she offers a fascinating look at the male-dominated furniture market, where all aspirations are poured into the technical, the rational, the sober and the utilitarian, as opposed to the intuitive, the eclectic, the vain and the hysterical. To achieve this, Nika Zupanc uses her poetic judgment, her internal struggles against stereotypes and her enduring relationship with technology. She conscientiously explores the limits of industry in terms of emotional effect and material juxtaposition, both in product and interior design.

In the international press, her work has been described as ranging from "punk elegance" (Elle USA) to "Techno chic" (BUSINESSSWEEK), and "larger than life" (CLEAR MAGAZINE), and featured in many relevant international magazines such as Wallpaper, Icon, Frame, Financial Times, Elle Decor etc.
