TAF Studio's Fine pendant lamp is a version of a classic light tube that combines industrial minimalism with refined detailing for a truly elegant expression. A particularly versatile piece, it offers a myriad of options, available in three sizes that can be hung horizontally and vertically, and as a mood, general or task lamp with a 320 degree beam angle. These qualities make it a design with many faces; as discreet space-enhancing lighting or as a centrepiece, whether hung alone or in groups.
"The Fine suspension has a minimal design refined to include only the essentials; a slim lamp, a moulded luminaire with aluminium end caps, a cord. We wanted it to be delicate, almost like a piece of jewellery - an elegant band of white light," explains Mattias StΓ₯hlbom, half of TAF Studio alongside Gabriella Lenke.

TAF Studio
TAF Studio is an architecture and design studio founded by designers Gabriella Gustafson and Mattias StΓ₯hlbom. Based in Stockholm, they bring refined design to everyday objects.
On their philosophy: "Our aim is to make ordinary life less ordinary, through subtle but effective changes in the way products look and function. A recurring starting point in our projects is that everyday objects, through their obviousness, can be made singular."
On the new Nordic design: "We believe that the new Nordic design will maintain its relevance and preserve the social values it is famous for. Among other things, the use of wood has always been part of our tradition, and we think it's something that should be developed."
