The Turning Tray designed in 1956 by Finn Juhl consists of a curved teak frame with precise corner joints and two glossy laminate faces, one colored, the other black. Made without a handle, the curvature of the wood leaves space to grip it with the fingers.
These handmade trays are exactly to Finn Juhl's specifications, with understated curves, colors and details all revealing his fantastic sense of design.

Finn Juhl
Finn Juhl is one of Denmark's most famous and accomplished architects. He is known worldwide for his bold sculptural forms and ultra-refined details.
He entered the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Architecture in Copenhagen in 1930, without any experience as a craftsman.
What he lacked in structural experience he made up for in vision, fashioning his creations from his overflowing imagination. Juhl's forms combine sculptural and elegant expression with functionality.
