Thanks to its simple design, Redo offers an intelligent approach to the modular sofa. The concept is based on a flexible system that allows modules to be combined according to the desired configuration.Â
The corner module can also be used as a right or left armrest, offering several versions of the same sofa.
The modular design of the Redo sofa allows infinite customization. It adapts perfectly to any room size, simplifying moves: simply rearrange the modules to create a sofa suited to the new home.
This flexibility is the very essence of Redo, named for its ability to be endlessly recreated. The uniform design of the backrest and armrests, combined with careful upholstery, makes Redo aesthetically pleasing from every angle, ideal for the center of the room.
"I wanted to create a modular sofa combining flexibility, comfort and modernity. The result is a sleek design offering exceptional comfort and limitless modularity," explains designer Simon Legald.
Comfort and sturdiness were essential in the conception of Redo: a combination of foam and feather wraps the solid structure, guaranteeing supreme, long-lasting comfort. Solid oak legs add a touch of elegance, and black painted oak legs are available for an alternative yet chic style.

Legald's designs are the result of an exchange between craft and industry. In his work, he emphasizes the structure of the product, which becomes intrinsic to the design.
"Honesty is what makes a product intelligible and defines its functionality. If you understand the product, then there's no need for explanations. The very purpose of my designs is to be bought and used. So they have to meet functional needs as well as psychological and aesthetic ones. For me, simplicity is what describes the true identity of objects. In my designs, I try not to add superfluous details. All this gives the products a simple, honest expression."
