Hans Thyge & Co.
Hans Thyge Raunkjær is a Danish designer who began his creative career as a set designer in a Danish theater.
This experience developed his deep interest in storytelling, whether creating design exhibitions or integrating cultural references into his creations. In 1983, Raunkjær moved to Milan and spent the next seven years working with the famous designers of the Memphis Group, the Italian design and architecture group founded by Ettore Sottsass. Returning to Denmark in 1990, he founded his own design studio, Hans Thyge & Co.Â
Hans Thyge & Co specializes in the design of furniture, objects and interiors, and has a long history of know-how and experience in working with a variety of materials and production methods.
