Pontone Modular Sofa 365° North

The Pontone sofa is a model that speaks without making much noise, thanks to the folded details of its armrest, its pointed shapes and the lines of its loose cushions. Raised by recessed legs in black-stained oak, the modular design can be modified with back and lumbar cushions.

365° North is a Danish studio founded in 2015 in Aarhus by Henrik Pedersen. Graduating as a fashion designer in 1990, Henrik Pedersen uses a wide variety of knowledge to develop different types of design. He often draws on his interest in mathematics as well as his vast experience. Expert and visionary, he quickly understands the potential of new designs.

365° North champions an international approach and traditional Nordic craftsmanship, while bringing a touch of innovation and timelessness to every creation. Their core business is lifestyle-based design, from furniture to lighting.

"My main inspiration is neo-Scandinavian design, influenced by the ambience of London and the humor of Amsterdam, often with elements of fusion, which allows me to combine materials and functions in new and original ways, while striving for a pure and simple look." explains Henrik Pedersen.
