Pon is a collection of solid wood coffee and side tables in different sizes, which are both very stable, versatile and can be used alone or combined in different heights.Â
The smaller Pon table is modest in size, but enough for a book, a glass or a tray, while the larger can serve as a center of gravity for a living room area.
Jasper Morrison describes Pon as an alternative to the âoverrated and misnamed coffee tableâ: âWhy should a coffee table take up space, when it could be several small tables placed however you want? Pon offers you options to customize your own solution â.
Made of solid oak, the Pon tables have been designed so that the top, the leg and the base seem to form a single solid entity. The simplicity and robustness of their lines gives a feeling of solidity and serenity.

Jasper Morrison
Jasper Morrison is a British multidisciplinary designer, well known for creating the âSupernormalâ concept together with Japanese designer Naoto Fukosawa. A highly productive designer, Morrison splits his time between studios in London, Tokyo and Paris.
In a world where many designers use new technologies to add superfluous details to their designs, Morrison does the opposite, using machinery to refine his designs into creations that do not distract, but which harmonise with the userâs environment and create a good atmosphere.
Although his style is instantly recognisable, all his designs are extremely unique. Jasper Morrison designs for some of the largest design houses in the world. In addition to his industrial design, Morrison has published many noteworthy books on design.
Morrisonâs work has been exhibited in leading design museums and galleries around the world. In 2016, Jasper Morrison was named âDesigner of the Yearâ by the German A&W architektur & wohnen for his âimportant role in shaping the contemporary world of designâ.
Jasper Morrison holds a BA in Design from Kingston Polytechnic Design School (1982) and an MA in Design from the Royal College of Art, London (1985). He also studied at the Berlin University of the Arts, formerly Hochschule fĂŒr Bildende KĂŒnste. In March 2007, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in design from Kingston University London.
Fredericia is Jasper Morrisonâs first collaboration with a Danish company.Â
