Embrace lounge outdoor – Carl Hansen – EOOS
The Embrace Outdoor Lounge collection complements the Embrace Outdoor collection, which included dining tables and matching chairs. It combines the contemporary design of EOOS with the craftsmanship of Carl Hansen & Søn and presents a modern vision of wooden furniture.

Embrace outdoor sofa
The Embrace outdoor sofa is extremely flexible with its seven modules and textiles in six colours that can be mixed and matched, allowing each sofa to be customised. Depending on your needs, the sofa can be made larger or smaller and, thanks to its sturdy construction, it is perfectly suited to both residential and public environments.
All parts of the sofa, including the covering, are removable, allowing them to be repaired or replaced. The cushions are made from quick-dry foam and water-resistant textiles. The backrest and armrests are hand-woven from flat rope, and it takes a skilled weaver up to six hours to complete a backrest. Made of solid teak, the end platform appears to float above the structure. The wooden armrests are generously proportioned for greater comfort and functionality.
Embrace outdoor coffee table
Like the other Embrace tables, the outdoor coffee table is inspired by kites and their distinct strings, which is reflected in the steel construction anchored in the wooden base. The daisy motif on the tabletop is made up of 43 teak pieces, meticulously cut, sanded and fitted to fit the circular shape.
The table and sofa are made of FSC-certified untreated teak, a durable and highly weather-resistant wood species, perfect for outdoor use. Untreated teak has a spectrum of dynamic and warm colours and, over time, takes on a beautiful silvery grey hue as it develops a patina.
Note that the shelves, armrests and backrests can be positioned freely on the right or left of the structures.
