Description
Retaining the same design language as the original Palisade, the recycled polyester cord is hand-woven onto a powder-coated steel frame, giving this series a more casual look.
The series comprises a dining armchair, a dining bench, a chaise longue, a lounge sofa and a chaise longue in colors matching the existing Palissade variants.
This collection is ideal for relaxing, dining and socializing in a wide range of outdoor spaces.
Designer
Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec
Brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec grew up in Quimper, France. They went on to study at the École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and the École des Beaux-Arts in Cergy-Pontoise, respectively. In 1999, they became partners in their own Paris-based design studio. Their work ranges from small utilitarian objects to architectural projects. In addition to designing home and office furniture, vases, porcelain tableware, jewelry and various home accessories, their work focuses on the design and organization of interior spaces.
Over the course of their careers, Studio Bouroullec has collaborated with renowned brands such as Vitra, Magis, Alessi, Samsung and HAY. Their work has been exhibited worldwide, including at the Design Museum (London), the Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago and Los Angeles) and Arts Décoratifs (Paris).
Over the course of their careers, Studio Bouroullec has collaborated with renowned brands such as Vitra, Magis, Alessi, Samsung and HAY.
