Vihkiruusu 360 cotton fabric - Marimekko

The cotton fabric features the Vihkiruusu pattern and it is printed in Helsinki. The base of the fabric is dyed throughout the entire width, so there are no white undyed edges on this fabric.

Vihkiruusu (wedding rose) was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.

The iconic Unikko was one of the designs in that range along with Vihkiruusu.

Care instruction: Follow the washing temperature given. Shrinkage max. 4%. Wash with like colours.

Please note that the maximum continuous length you can order is 15 meters.

Fabrics are sold by the decimetre (1 dm = 10 cm). Ex: If you want 220 cm, order 22 units.
