Through the Bell table lamp by Ferm Living, Trine Andersen revisits the simple design of the 70’s glass lamps. Trine Andersen
Rising star of Scandinavian design, Trine Andersen is a designer specializing in smooth and geometric shapes. "Life led to design and the material is my first source of inspiration", Andersen says.
While renovating her house, Trine Andersen could not find what she was looking for in stores, so she came up with the idea of creating her own wallpaper designs. In 2006, she founded Ferm Living, which quickly met with great success. From a wallpaper brand with some colorful models that are now cult, the collections are expanding with textiles, accessories, furniture and lighting.
Trine Andersen has a special talent for reinterpreting retro designs and elements inspired by nature to give her products a clean and contemporary feel. Her creations revisit the traditional graphic expression of the Scandinavian style with modernity and power.
